On a Boat
Since Joe’s boat is still in the shop, Pam and Carl were naive kind enough to borrow Joe their pontoon. (Just kidding, Pam, you know Joe is a very responsible young man.) We had a hoot last weekend with the following toys and tricks. And we returned the fully insured boat back in one piece. (In case you’re wondering if this tale has a tragic or happy ending.)
Count ’em
That’s 7 jetskis, ladies and gents. (Not all Joe’s)
Here’s Joe getting the lights ready on the boat.
Play Time
Are you ready? I’m about to throw a bunch of photos at you.
As you can see, the weather didn’t quite shine for us, but we made the best of it anyhow. And we got to wear togas most of the weekend, so all was good. And again, thank you so much Pam and Carl. Two boats definitely would have been a tight squeeze. Three was a tight squeeze!
In other news
Isn’t this a cool hack?
I’m dying to try this! Joe has so much backyard space, but not enough seating for bonfires. We definitely have enough wood pallets we could scrounge together.
